Review of Carillon Hotel Hanoi: I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Carillon Hotel in Hanoi, and overall, my experience was quite positive. The hotel impressed me with its attentive staff, comfortable rooms, and convenient location. First and foremost, the staff at Carillon Hotel Hanoi deserves high praise. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the reception staff who were friendly and efficient. Throughout my stay, the hotel staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met. They were knowledgeable about the local area and provided excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing. The level of service I received truly enhanced my stay and made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The rooms at Carillon Hotel were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. My room was spacious and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided were of high quality. The room was equipped with modern conveniences such as a flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, and a well-functioning air conditioning system. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. In terms of location, Carillon Hotel Hanoi is situated in a prime area. It is conveniently located within walking distance of several popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. This made it easy for me to explore the city and enjoy the local culture without having to travel far. Additionally, the hotel provided a shuttle service that was helpful for longer excursions or airport transfers. One minor drawback I noticed during my stay was that the hotel's facilities, such as the gym and spa, were slightly limited in terms of offerings. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience, as I spent most of my time exploring the city. In conclusion, I highly recommend Carillon Hotel Hanoi for anyone visiting the city.

From the first to the last moment we felt like at home in this hotel. The location perfect: right in the city center, surrounded by cafes and shops. In just 10-15 minutes by walk you can reach the main bar and restaurant area, so everything you might need during your trip is easily accessible. The hotel itself is very neat and cozy. The rooms are very clean, carefully cleaned every day, towels are changed, so we always felt comfortable. The breakfast is well thought out - a small buffet and the main dishes can be chosen from the menu. This not only ensures fresh and high-quality food, but also reduces food waste. However, the hotel staff left the biggest impression. Incredibly kind, caring and helpful people who did everything to make our stay smooth and cozy. They not only showed us the main attractions, but also provided us with a scooter. Even when we accidentally lost our room key or wanted to extend our stay, everything was resolved quickly, professionally and with a smile. Staying at this hotel is a real pleasure that will leave you with only the best emotions. We definitely recommend it!

Staff was incredible. Location is great, near to all spots and it is on the quiet side of old quarter. You can book all activities via the hotel which is cheaper vs online tours (starts with K lol). And hotel tours are VVIP treatment. I know because I used both. 10/10 for the hotel experience.

First of all the receptionists were amazing - all of them were friendly and very accommodating. Special thanks to Ngoc for arranging us a taxi ride to the airport, giving us recommendations on places to visit and just being such an angel. The room we stayed in had all the amenities we needed and the bed was very comfortable! The breakfast was amazing too. They had a variety of continental/fruits/Vietnamese food to choose from. Lastly but not the lease, the location is excellent as well because pretty much everything is within the walking distance .

Words are not enough to describe the warmth and kindness of the owner, Thomas, and his amazing staff. Ann and the team made me feel like family and were incredibly kind, welcoming and thoughtful. After a slight issue with my room I was upgraded free to one of their best rooms with a private balcony. I travelled solo for 3 days and the last two was joined by a friend who got the same warm welcome. Breakfast was great and generous, and I got a packed breakfast for my days excursion and for my trip to the airport. I loved every minute of my stay and can’t wait to go back, hopefully in November this year to see you all again! Thank you from the bottom of my heart and big hugs to you all 💛
